Duties and Responsibilities

– Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG’s implementation methodology

– Responsibility and processing for Post-Go-Live projects/requests/tickets

– Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to the customer

– Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support

– Track, manage, and oversee the resolution of open implementation issues/items

– Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities

– Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project- or Post-Go-Live request related items

– Meet project and Post-Go-Live task milestones and due dates

– Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes

– Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results

Basic Qualifications

– 1+ years of Saas software implementation

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field

– Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills (English and French)

– Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines

– Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources

– General Business Acumen

Preferred Qualifications

– 3+ years of Saas software implementation in the HR industry

– Experience with HR software tools

– Configuration, testing & data mapping experience

– Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
