UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic IT Business Analyst to join our IT Delivery teamresponsible for the Payments processing systems .
If you have:
At least 2 years of experience on a similar position (Functional analyst; Business analyst)
Excellent ability to analyze complex business problems and utilize standard business analysis techniques to develop functional specifications
Permanent drive towards optimization and increasing added value, with aptitude to challenge the status-quo
Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects, and use available tools to effectively contribute to the organization
Result oriented person, with very good communication and negotiation skills
And you would like to:
Participate actively in requirements study process:
Contribute to creation of business cases, analyze business processes
Support Business team in development of use cases
Elicit business requirements, capture, and codify functional and non-functional requirements
Analyze and evaluate the implementation solutions to integrate with other banking system and interfaces
Prepare functional specification documents
Work closely with the IT Architecture and Software development teamsduring the solution design and build phases
Participate in the UAT preparation supporting the Test team in development of the test scenarios
Ensure functional support of the implemented solutions, Incidents and problems resolution
