    What You Will be Doing

    As a Systems Monitoring Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.

    On a typical day, you’ll:   

    • Proactively monitor customer IT environments 24/7, identifying and addressing issues before they escalate;
    • Respond to support requests, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution;
    • Manage customer expectations with professionalism and clear communication;
    • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up;
    • Contribute to internal process improvements and quality initiatives;
    • Support internal tools and automation efforts to enhance monitoring capabilities;
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    What You Bring to the Role:

    • University degree or in process of obtaining;
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support environment;
    • Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to dynamic situations;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and regions.
