Responsibilities 

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and business analysts;
• Illustrate design ideas with appropriate tools;
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
• Bring the prototypes into fully usable by the development team HTML pages;
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
• Be able to work on several projects in parallel;
• Work as a part of a team and as an independent unit;
• Work alongside other designers to facilitate optimal and comprehensive enterprise solutions.

Requirements  

• 3-5 years of work experience as a Web Designer or similar role;
• We need a portfolio or samples of your work;
• Knowledge of wireframe tools;
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software Adobe CC & Figma;
• Ability to write independent and compliant to the standards HTML and CSS and also to use front-end frameworks (i.e. Twitter Bootstrap, Material UI);
• Familiar with CSS preprocessing;
• To have a desire to learn new technologies and to improve his skills and knowledge;
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various team members;
• Good time-management skills;
• Working level of English;
• Familiarity of using GitHub, Azure

Good to have 

• Good knowledge of best UX practices;
• Building Design Systems Figma -> HTML/CSS
• Experience in developing enterprise solutions;
• Ability to create motion graphics;
• WordPress knowledge;
