We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create exceptional digital experiences that delight our users. In this role, you’ll blend creativity with user-centered design principles to craft intuitive and visually stunning interfaces.

About the Role

As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll be at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality, working closely with product managers, developers, and other fellow designers to bring innovative design solutions to life. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our digital products from conception to implementation. With our diverse portfolio of products and ongoing initiatives, you’ll be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to switch contexts while maintaining consistent quality across different products.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design process from user research through final implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Design intuitive, responsive interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across all devices
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and bring innovative ideas to our products

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Figma and other modern design tools
• Strong foundation in user experience methodologies and usability principles
• Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture
• Mastery of responsive design principles
• Expert knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience in developing and managing design systems
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects

An advantage would be

• Graphic design experience
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience designing enterprise systems
• Mobile app design experience
