React Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Implement new user-facing screens and features in custom CRM system.

2. Write client-side code to create fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications.

3. Developing new user-facing features as well as the integration of end points.

4. Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale

5. Building reusable code and libraries for future use, speedup development efficiency and improve code quality

Position Requirements:

1. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. Solid understanding of responsive design principles, including layout techniques like Flexbox and CSS Grid.

2. Strong grasp of ReactJS and its core principles with at least 2 years of experience building applications using React. Must be proficient in modern React patterns (e.g., hooks) and familiar with React Router.

3. Expertise in state management. Experience with Redux is a plus, along with skill in leveraging custom hooks for managing state and business logic.

4. Understanding of object-oriented, asynchronous, and functional programming.

5. Solid knowledge of JavaScript design patterns, with familiarity in transpilers and module bundlers.

6. Robust debugging skills and performance optimization experience.

7. Strong unit testing skills in React and experience with testing tools like Jest and Enzyme is a plus.
