The project:

We are developing a custom CRM system. The system uses advanced design patterns such as

DDD and Event Sourcing

Key aspects of our custom CRM

Integrate and Extend VoIP Systemsh

Seamlessly integrate Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionalities into our CRM

system

Enhance customer interactions by enabling voice communication capabilities directly

within the platform

Plan and execute further integrations to automate processes and explore the potential of

including Large Language Models (LLM) to optimize workflows.

Rewrite and Modernize the UI

Transition the existing user interface from Ext.js to Next.js, ensuring a modern,

responsive, and user-friendly experience

Collaborate with the design team to implement best UI/UX practices

Leverage AWS Services

Utilize a variety of AWS services to build and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security

Implement cloud-native solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.

CI/CD Pipelinesh

Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of code

Automate testing and deployment processes to improve development workflows

As well, there will be a possibility to contribute to side projects

Participate in smaller side projects using .NET 6 and Python, adding variety and depth to your role

Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Qualifications

Experience with .NET and ASP.NET MV3

AWS experience – a big advantage

Proficient in programming languages such as C#, TypeScript + Python as an advantage

At least a basic understanding of DBs – MSSQL, Postgre, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis

Knowledge of web technologies (Next JS)

VoIP integration (Asterisk, FreePBX) experience is a plus

Experience with source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools (Git, Azure Devops)

Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
