    Global Desktop Support Administrator

    Are you an experienced Desktop support administrator looking for a place to realize your full potential?     Responsibilities:

    • Provide full support to all users globally to resolve all technical issues;

    • Administer user accounts;

    • Manage automatic deployment and update of software;

    • Troubleshoot workstations related problems;

    • GPO application and management;

    • Software License management;

    • File server support;

    • Ensure proper work of the existing equipment and its upgrade;

    • Maintain accurate process documentation;

    • Perform periodic Knowledge transfer ;

    • Provide primary training related to the proper use of the hardware and software of the company;

    • Provide timely feedback on the tasks in progress.

    • On-call (rotational) duty

    Requirements:

    • 3 + years of experience in troubleshooting infrastructure and end-users problems;

    • Experience with hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving;

    • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure;

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11) and Office 365 suite;

    • Good knowledge of MS Exchange and Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Exchange Admin Center);

    • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory will be considered as an advantage;

    • Experience with virtualization technologies will be considered as an advantage;

    • Fluent English language;

    • Ability to communicate effectively in prompt and professional manner;

    • Ability to work under pressure;

    • Team player, helpful and action- oriented person.
