The Job:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Cloud Platform Manager to join our fast-growing team in Sofia. As a Manager for our Cloud Platform team, you need to be closely familiar with SDLC, CI/CD infrastructure and cloud platforms. It will be expected to leverage that knowledge to build а bridge between our teams in Sofia and Hamburg, develop sustainable solutions, and your team.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Manage collaboration with external stakeholders

• Manage a team of DevOps Engineers

• Drive technical discussions on system design and architecture

• Drive improvements in our toolset, standards, and software solutions

• Apply industry best practices

We’re looking for a person with:

• Five or more years of experience

• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud platforms

• Experience in managing people

• Experience in leading software or cloud infrastructure development projects

• Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. „Ego“ is a hated word

Can Be an Advantage:

• Experience in building self-service platforms

• Experience with managing career development for other team members

• Experience in defining and establishing engineering practices
