Design Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to bring our product to life. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of frontend engineering, combined with fullstack experience. As an early hire, you’ll have significant freedom and responsibility to shape our core product and culture alongside the founders.

• Work in close-knit team of IOI gold medalists, CTOs and founders.
• Work on a problem that has the potential to create a historical shift in how we think about software.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Proficiency in Core Technologies: You should have solid experience in NextJS, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker. These will be the tools of your everyday work.
• Experience with Additional Tools: If you’ve worked with Tailwind, tRPC, and Langchain, even better! Knowledge of Zod is not mandatory, but it adds a cherry on top.
• Startup Mindset: We value the “think big, start small” approach. Be ready to start from scratch, iterate fast, and embrace change.
• Solution-Oriented: A knack for problem-solving and the ability to think critically, assessing both the small details and the big picture.
• Excellent Communication: Fluent English language skills are essential for smooth operations in our diverse and distributed team.
• Self-Starter: As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll need to be ready to take on projects independently, but also have the capacity to function as part of our vibrant, dynamic team.

We’re currently using Nextjs, typescript, tRPC, Prisma, Tailwind CSS, NextAuth.js, PostgreSQL
