    Position Overview

    We’re seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Team-GPT and our enterprise clients. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to ensure client success in implementing and utilizing our AI solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients
    • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
    • Provide technical guidance on best practices for software implementation on Cloud/On-Prem.
    • Monitor account health metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization
    • Lead and support client implementations
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve client issues and escalations
    • Lead regular business reviews and technical planning sessions with key stakeholders
    • Identify and drive upsell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models and their applications
    • Experience with API integration, software development, and technical problem-solving
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex client relationships
    • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
