Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Team-GPT and our enterprise clients. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to ensure client success in implementing and utilizing our AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
Provide technical guidance on best practices for software implementation on Cloud/On-Prem.
Monitor account health metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization
Lead and support client implementations
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve client issues and escalations
Lead regular business reviews and technical planning sessions with key stakeholders
Identify and drive upsell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models and their applications
Experience with API integration, software development, and technical problem-solving
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex client relationships
Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
