Sr. SAP Developer

We are looking for a Sr. SAP Developer to take a key role in delivering complex SAP solutions for enterprise clients. This position combines hands-on ABAP development, solution design, with strong exposure to architecture, client collaboration, and project ownership.

You will work on challenging SAP projects end-to-end – from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, go-live, and support.

Your Role & Impact

• Design and develop advanced SAP solutions using ABAP (incl. UI5, NetWeaver).

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Define and evolve software architecture and design for SAP-based systems.

• Take ownership of technical topics and sub-projects within larger SAP programmes.

• Ensure code quality, testing, optimisation, and performance.

• Act as a key technical interface between project teams and clients.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience in SAP development, with deep expertise in ABAP.

• Experience with SAP UI5, NetWeaver or related SAP technologies.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design, and development lifecycle.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

• Proven ability to lead a small team or sub-projects within larger programmes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.

• German is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience in software architecture or technical design authority roles.

• Exposure to SAP testing strategies and test management.

• Experience presenting technical topics to stakeholders.

• Background in consulting or client-facing SAP projects.
