ServiceNow Engineer – HR & Workplace Services

Join a dynamic digital team and help transform the employee experience! We’re looking for a motivated ServiceNow Engineer to support and configure HR and Workplace Service Delivery solutions that make daily work smarter and simpler.

What you’ll do:

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD and Workplace modules (onboarding, offboarding, desk & room booking)

• Support and enhance the Employee Center portal and HR knowledge content

• Test workflows, resolve user queries, and assist in system documentation

• Build reports and dashboards to track HR and workplace metrics

What you’ll bring:

• Basic ServiceNow knowledge (HRSD, WSD, or FSM modules a plus)

• Understanding of HR processes and digital employee workflows

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a global environment
