We’re looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM, BCM and GRC to help build, enhance, and support governance workflows that protect critical business operations and ensure compliance excellence.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on collaboration, precision, and problem-solving. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, contribute to automation and smart configurations, and play a key role in enabling business teams through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in configuring and supporting ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and Compliance modules to meet operational needs

– Collaborate with senior developers to design and test risk and compliance workflows

– Maintain and update risk registers, control libraries, and compliance documentation

– Prepare training materials and user guides for GRC stakeholders

– Provide first-line support for GRC-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed

– Participate in testing and validating module enhancements based on business requirements

– Help ensure audit readiness by supporting evidence capture and compliance reporting

– Contribute feedback to improve workflows and user experience within GRC modules

– Support other ServiceNow modules and initiatives as required

Requirements:

– Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience

– Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or BCM modules

– Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST)

– Familiarity with incident response and risk event tracking principles

– Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and user-facing materials

– Ability to analyze and maintain integrity of GRC data sets

– Solid communication skills and proactive attitude in resolving technical issues

– Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

– Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise platform best practices

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation Certification
