We are currently looking for Service Desk Agents – German & English Support to join a dynamic international IT team and support a new global client.

In this role you will be:

– The first point of contact for users, handling incidents and requests via phone, email and ticketing systems.

– Collaborating with L2/L3 teams, ensuring smooth escalation and excellent customer experience.

– Documenting cases and contributing to knowledge sharing.

What we expect:

– German C1 + strong Business English

– 1–2 years’ experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support
