Senior Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA)

We are searching for a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to own and shape enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service within a complex, integrated IT landscape.

This role is for a hands-on architect with strong consulting mindset, able to translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions and provide architectural governance end-to-end.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5+ years in a Technical Architect role.

• Strong hands-on background as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, integrations).

• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service architecture and implementation.

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security & sharing model, and governor limits.

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions in global enterprise environments.

• Solid experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, ETL tools).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating system integrators and leading technical delivery.
