The Impact You’ll Make

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of cloud-native platforms. In this strategic and hands-on position, you’ll lead initiatives to build resilient Kubernetes environments, modern CI/CD pipelines, and scalable internal developer platforms that empower infrastructure and software teams to deliver efficiently and securely.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, design, and deploy secure, scalable Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Lead platform engineering initiatives and optimize existing workloads.
• Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure “secure by design” implementations.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Develop automation and self-service tooling to enhance the developer experience.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to a NoOps vision.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Cloud-Native Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, service mesh (e.g., Istio), Terraform, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Strategic Leadership – Proven track record of driving DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Proactive Ownership – A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and communicate effectively in a documentation-driven culture.
• Architectural Rigor – A passion for designing systems that are secure, scalable, and maintainable, with clear architectural documentation.
• Platform Vision – Experience in building internal developer platforms that improve productivity through automation, observability, and efficient workflows.
