We are currently looking for a Security Engineer to join a newly formed Security Engineering team that will support and enhance the cybersecurity landscape of a large international organization.
Key Responsibilities
– Support the implementation and improvement of enterprise security solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Tripwire, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Qualys, and others.
– Work with DLP, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
– Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network, cloud, and endpoint security platforms.
– Automate controls and optimize processes using scripting (Python, PowerShell, Perl, etc.).
– Ensure compliance with security best practices and established frameworks.
Requirements
– Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection, and monitoring tools.
– Understanding of cloud security (Azure).
– Ability to review documentation, validate configurations, and follow best practices.
– Basic scripting skills for automation purposes.
– Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST CSF, or similar security standards.
– Strong security mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
