    We are a Talent Acquisition Agency partnering with a global leader in automation solutions to find a dynamic and passionate Learner Experience Coordinator. Our client provides cutting-edge automated solutions across various industries such as healthcare, finance, and logistics. As part of their Education Services department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and supporting the seamless delivery of training programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Learner Support and Experience:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all learner inquiries related to training programs and LMS access.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to customer and partner emails and LMS helpdesk tickets.
    • Assist learners with training registration, resource navigation, and course selection.
    • Gather and relay learner feedback to continuously improve training offerings.

    Communication and Content Support:

    • Contribute to the creation and scheduling of engaging content for Education Services’ social media platforms.
    • Coordinate and distribute communication about training webinars and program updates.
    • Ensure up-to-date content is maintained on the Education Services webpage.
    • Assist with internal and external communication efforts related to training programs.

    LMS and Administrative Support:

    • Provide technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including troubleshooting user issues.
    • Keep accurate records of learner certifications and training activities within the LMS and CRM.
    • Process and manage departmental documentation and forms.
    • Assist in the logistical organization of training webinars and events.
    • Respond to internal requests for information about training programs.

    Interdepartmental Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Technical Support, IT, and Channel Management teams to resolve learner and LMS-related issues.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Previous experience in data processing and/or customer service is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • Proficiency with computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Ongoing commitment to improving technical skills.
