ERP Support Specialist

For our client, a global company with strong presence in over 100 countries and modern production and R&D facilities across Europe and the USA, we are looking for an ERP Support Specialist to join their expanding IT team.

Your Role:

• Provide functional support for ERP systems and troubleshoot user issues.
• Collaborate with end-users to analyze and define new functional requirements.
• Work closely with developers to design, test, and implement new functionalities.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of systems analysis and IT principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, AX2012, or D365) or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
• QA experience or certification is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
