Embedded Engineer

Talent Hunter is excited to partner with a leading technology company in the security and smart IoT solutions sector. We are currently looking for an experienced Embedded Engineer to join their growing R&D team and contribute to the development of next-generation devices and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement firmware for advanced IoT systems, alarm communicators, and smart security hardware.
• Work with modern wireless technologies such as 4G LTE, 5G, Z-Wave, Zigbee, and other IoT communication protocols and smart peripherals.
• Participate in full product lifecycle development—from architecture and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize existing codebase, perform debugging, refactoring, and overall performance improvements.
• Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance system efficiency and development workflows.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, including pair programming and collaborative development practices.
• Perform hardware-level diagnostics and analysis using tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other lab equipment.
• Communicate directly with hardware module manufacturers and external technical partners.
• Support and mentor team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong programming experience with C.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience with RTOS or similar embedded operating systems is considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ST microcontrollers, GSM modules, or other IoT hardware is a plus.
