We are supporting a leading international technology organization in the search for an experienced engineer to strengthen their cloud infrastructure team. The company operates on a large European and global scale and develops secure, high-performance cloud solutions used across multiple countries.

Role Overview

As a Confidential Compute Engineer, you will work on the design, integration and continuous improvement of confidential computing capabilities within a modern OpenStack-based cloud environment. The role focuses heavily on trusted execution technologies, virtualization layers and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain a high-performance cloud platform built on OpenStack, with a focus on enabling confidential compute workloads.
• Integrate and fine-tune Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) such as AMD SEV/SEV-SNP and Intel TDX within the virtualization stack.
• Contribute to the development of surrounding system components, including KVM, Linux, and related OpenStack services.
• Build automation, operational tooling and optimization workflows primarily in Python.
• Collaborate within a highly technical engineering team committed to reliability, security and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong interest in advanced infrastructure technologies, Linux systems and cloud platforms.
• Experience in software development or infrastructure tooling, preferably using Python.
• Knowledge of or motivation to learn technologies such as AMD SEV-SNP, Intel TDX, SVSM, TPM, and other confidential computing concepts.
• Background in virtualization and/or OpenStack is a significant advantage.
