Your Role:

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Java Developer with 5+ years of professional experience who will  build and scale secure, high-performance backend systems that power financial products used by clients worldwide. This role combines technical depth with meaningful impact—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure platform reliability.

Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring

✅ Work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performing APIs

✅ Optimize performance, handle large-scale user activity, and enhance platform reliability

✅ Apply best practices in asynchronous programming, CI/CD, and cloud-based infrastructure

✅ Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure compliance and security standards

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of backend experience with Java and Spring Framework

✅ Solid background in distributed systems and FinTech or financial applications

✅ Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL) and knowledge of asynchronous programming

✅ Experience with Kafka (or similar) and event-driven architectures

✅ Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native principles

✅ Good understanding of security standards in data-sensitive environments

✅ Proficient in English (B2+ level)
