    We’re currently partnering with a rapidly growing FinTech company, known for its innovative approach to digital identity, security, and seamless user experiences.

    🧠 Your Role:

    We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with 5+ years of experience in automation testing. You’ll be the first automation QA in the company—responsible for setting the testing strategy, building scalable frameworks, and preparing the ground for future team growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions will directly impact the quality, speed, and reliability of our product.

     

    ✅ Responsibilities:

    • Build and own the QA automation function by designing and implementing scalable test frameworks
    • Develop and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage
    • Define and enforce QA best practices, strategies, and metrics
    • Choose and integrate automation tools, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
    • Perform manual testing where needed to ensure robust coverage
    • Analyze test results, debug issues, and improve testing reliability
    • Be the quality champion across teams—fostering a culture of testing and continuous improvement
    • Prepare for team expansion by mentoring developers and leading the hiring of future QA talent

    🏆 Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in automation
    • Strong expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)
    • Solid knowledge of unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
    • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC principles
    • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
    • Leadership mindset—ready to build, scale, and guide a future QA team
