What are we looking for?
Act as the functional expert for Oracle CX Cloud, with a focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Analyze and document sales and service business processes and map them to Oracle CX standard functionality
Drive functional design decisions in alignment with global CRM standards
Plan and execute the rollout of Oracle CX modules
Adapt local business processes to the standard CX solution, considering country-specific requirements
Support multi-country CRM deployments and coordinate with local stakeholders
Support and facilitate the migration of Oracle CX applications to Oracle Redwood UX
Assess functional impacts of the new UX and ensure smooth adoption by end users
Validate usability and functional consistency of the new interfaces
Define and execute functional test scenarios, including UAT
Coordinate and deliver end-user training sessions on new CX functionalities and interfaces
Support change management activities to ensure user adoption
Act as the primary functional interface between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders
Provide ongoing functional support and guidance to local teams post-go live
And if you meet the following criteria
Strong functional experience with Oracle CX Cloud, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
In-depth knowledge of Oracle CX application capabilities and configuration
Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and its impact on CX applications
Proven experience in international or multi-country CRM rollouts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different countries
Fluent English. Italian or Spanish is highly desirable
