What are we looking for?

• Application support Actimize application AML products by monitoring, incident, problem, change management and prevention of potential application errors
• Development of the Operations Engineering End-to-End Dashboard
• Creation of documents, e.g. Operating manuals, according to the bank processes and guidelines

What you need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience in operating Actimize (SAM-R, SAM-C) and Anti-Money Laundering processes
• Service support processes (Incident, Problem, Change management)
• Good knowledge with Automic (UC4), SQL (incl. MS SQL, PostgreSQL), SAS
• Knowledge and experience with application debugging and root cause analysis
• Audit-proof documentation (GIT, DASY, Jira and Confluence)
• Fluent in English
