What we’re looking for

Golang,We are looking for an experienced backend engineer with a tech-agnostic approach who takes pride in engineering and has a keen sense of ownership of their work. Our teams are cross-functional and work with end-to-end responsibility, that is why you will collaborate heavily with other software developers, QA and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, integration and support for our software. You’ll contribute to API design and implementation. You’ll actively participate in code reviews and provide comprehensive documentation to improve our overall code quality. If you’re passionate about clear, testable code and excited to make a difference using Golang, SumUp is for you.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a backend engineer
• Relevant experience with Golang
• Understanding of software architecture and app design
• Knowledge of fault tolerant systems
• Proactivity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
