    Tech Stack / Requirements

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support roles.
    • Proven experience working in Linux and bash shell environment-  must.
    • Deep knowledge of networking LAN/WAN environments, TCP/IP stack structure, Mobile Operators Tier1/Tier2 related networks- must.
    • Good English speaking/writing skills- must.
    • French speaking/writing skills- strong advantage
    • Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent- strong advantage
    • Knowledge of scripting (Bash scripts, Tcl, VB)- strong advantage
    • Experience with virtualization (e.g. VMWare, OpenStack)- an advantage
    • Familiarity with production incident tracking/ticketing systems- an advantage
    • Based in Bulgaria
    • Ability to travel to Africa on quarterly basis for 1-2 weeks on-site customer visits

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Allot’s customers in Africa, one of the largest telecommunications providers in the region
    • Deliver dedicated, proactive, and high-quality technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
    • Perform in-depth investigations of system behavior and logs to identify, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues
    • Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs
    • Reproduce issues through lab simulations and collaborate closely with higher-tier support and engineering teams
    • Maintain direct communication with the customer, both remotely and on-site, including travel to customer locations when required
    • Primarily support one key enterprise customer, with opportunities to assist additional customers and travel globally
    • Work in 9-hour shifts aligned with coverage needs, mainly supporting the EMEA region
    • Participate in occasional night and weekend activities, scheduled in advance
