    Tech Stack / Requirements

    Requirements

    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • Previous experience as a Support Specialist in SaaS B2B companies
    • Proven experience with CRM integrations and implementations
    • Familiarity with business applications and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
    • Bold, ambitious, and results-driven, with a strong focus on getting things done
    • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
    • Experience working with SQL queries
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar)
    • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues

    Responsibilities

    • Development of different Internet and Intranet web applications
    • Follow specifications and written instructions
    • Meet productivity standards by completing work in a timely manner
    • Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers
    • Work independently and function as part of a team
    • Willingness to further develop his/her design skills and technical knowledge
