Technical Writer – 6 month FTC

Where you Fit In :

As our Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our gaming products, APIs, platform integrations, and internal tools. You will work closely with our engineering, product, support, and project teams to create user guides, API documentation, integration manuals, and internal process documentation, ensuring all materials are accessible and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Impact you will have:

Write technical documentation including API references, integration guides, platform architecture overviews, and internal user manuals

Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, QA, and subject matter experts to gather accurate information

Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences

Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs

Improve existing documentation structure and implement best practices for version control and accessibility

Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment

Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and system integrations

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Experience with tools such as Confluence, version control systems, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
