Senior Project Manager

Who are You

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing high-impact projects across various departments. You will be part of a team acting as a link between various departments ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope whiles managing risks, resources and stakeholder expectations.

​The impact you will have:

• Plan, initiate and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with the business goals

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the project’s scope, objectives, key deliverables, timeline and criteria for success

• Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure any issues are promptly addressed

• Management of Cross-functional teams

• Contribute and help to improve the project management process

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions as needed to mitigate delays or scope changes

• Lead project meetings, facilitate communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear

• Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards and presentations to senior leadership

• Manage project documentation and ensure that all deliverables are completed and meet quality standards

• Conduct post project evaluations and share learning to improve future project executions

What we’re looking for:

​• 5+ years of project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects

• Support the technical compliance and security teams with coordination of project activities

• Strong understanding of product compliance, platform and security audits and other relevant procedures

• Assist in preparing project documentation for audits and other regulatory submissions

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies

• Experience in using Jira & Confluence

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skill with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience launching products across multiple markets or jurisdictions
