About You

• Design is your passion and you look at screens with both a microscope and a telescope—pixel-perfect detail and the big-picture flow.
• You thrive on understanding real user problems and turning fuzzy requirements into clear, elegant interfaces.
• Ownership energises you: you proactively improve processes, tools and the product itself.
• Collaboration is a reflex. You enjoy pair-designing with other designers, developers and product folks.
• You are comfortable explaining design rationale to stakeholders in plain English
• Minimum 1 year professional experience in UI/UX and a portfolio that shows shipped web or mobile work.
• Solid command of Figma (our main canvas).
• It is a plus if you’ve ve organised UX workshops/Testing sessions
• Good spoken and written English.

The Role

We follow the unFIX model: no rigid job boxes, only evolving “capability lanes”. If you want to go deep into motion design, dabble in front-end code or facilitate design-thinking workshops—we’ll help you get there.

You will collaborate daily with Clients, Stakeholders, Engineers and QAs in a cross-functional squad, owning the experience from discovery to final pixels.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Map user journeys, create low-fi flows and rapidly validate them with stakeholders or users.
• Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile (components, states, interactions).
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate behaviour and micro-animations.
• Run or join design reviews, critique sessions and user-testing calls.
• Work with engineers to ensure design quality makes it into production
• Contribute to—and evolve—our shared design system alongside fellow designers.

Hiring Process (fast & friendly)

• Hello! (15–20 min) – Casual call where we both check the vibe and answer first questions.
• Portfolio & Pair-Design (60–75 min) – You screen-share a couple of relevant projects (10–15 min each), then we tackle a mini-design challenge together to see how we think, not how we perform under pressure.
• Offer – If we’re a mutual match, we shake virtual hands and send the paperwork.
