We’re looking for an IAM Consultant to join our team and support clients in designing, deploying, and optimising identity and access solutions. You’ll work with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID) and help implement IAM and PAM systems that keep environments secure and compliant.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys technical consulting, wants to grow in the cybersecurity space, and likes working directly with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Implement, migrate and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for clients.
Work with Microsoft AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, and other identity technologies.
Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and deliver solution designs and handovers.
Support integration of IAM/PAM with Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
Prepare project documentation – from solution designs to test plans and operational guides.
Contribute to technical PoCs and help shape project scopes.
Stay updated on new identity technologies (like CyberArk) and security standards.
What we need to see from you
To excel in this role, you should have:
3+ years of experience in identity, access management, or cybersecurity projects.
Hands-on knowledge of IAM or PAM tools (CyberArk is a plus).
Experience with Microsoft AD and Azure Identity services.
Basic understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Kerberos).
Familiarity with Windows Server, basic networking, and Unix/Linux systems.
Good technical documentation and communication skills.
Fluent in English, and ideally experience working with clients in a consulting setting.
Bonus points for CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, Cyber CDE, SC-300, SC-400 or German language (not a requirement).
If you’re passionate about identity security, enjoy working directly with clients, and want to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment – we’d love to connect!
