DevOps Engineer / Dynamics CRM/.NET

The role

You are either a developer who gets interested in deployment and network operations, or a sysadmin who has a passion for scripting and coding and you move into the development side where you can improve the planning of test and deployment.

Either way, you have pushed beyond your defined areas of competence and you have a more multidisciplinary view of your technical environments!

What we need to see from you: 

Your tasks will be

You will craft, build and maintain deployment processes/scripts and make use of development tools for Continuous Integration (CI) or Continuous Delivery (CD) of Dynamics 365 CRM and .NET/Angular-based cloud solutions

Integrate automated tests for security, governance and other non-functional requirements to ensure high quality over all our developed applications.

Find solutions for a reliable and stable deployment process for our cloud-based web applications and microservices together with the engineering teams

Your support and further, develop our ALM platform Azure DevOps and toolchain together with other DevOps engineers

Lead all aspects of our cloud resource management and provide Grafana dashboards or alerts e.g. the budget and consumption monitoring

Due to your interface position, you are called and qualified to further develop agile methods of software development in the company to improve operational processes

You will coordinate and develop security and infra concepts in alignment with both the development teams and the company’s security and infrastructure departments

Your qualifications/ experience

You have experience (5+ years) as a developer or sysadmin in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & .NET/Azure cloud environment

You are familiar with both provisioning and administration of infrastructure for deployment, monitoring and test automation as well as with software development lifecycles in general

You feel comfortable with frequent incremental code build, testing and deployment

You own automation skills (tool agnostic) and a strong grasp of automation tools

A continuous focus on business outcomes is normal for you

You are always looking for simple solutions regarding configuration and automation management, health checks, single point of failure, notifications etc.

You are an expert in any of the following tools and coding languages: Azure DevOps, Git, C#, Docker

You have strong operational experiences in Windows/Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like PowerShell, Shell, Perl, and Python.

Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS platform in a production environment is a high advantage.

You have good English language skills in speaking, reading and writing.
