    Our customer is a large company that provides hosted platform services worldwide. The team is responsible for managing and developing the automation for the cluster’s deployment.

    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced in Linux administration and troubleshooting
    • Knowledgeable in monitoring systems like Grafana, Icinga, etc.
    • Proficient in CMS (Ansible, Puppet) and SCM (Git, GitLab)
    • Familiar with Jira and Confluence
    • Capable of providing support and assistance, including 24/7 on-call support and incident management
    • Experienced in networking (troubleshooting, DNS, protocols, firewalls, hardware, and software)
    • Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation
    • Adept at PowerShell and bash scripting (will be a plus)

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Support and configure services
    • Monitor production environments, identifying performance bottlenecks and fixing them, detecting anomalies like extra memory/CPU/threads utilization, reacting to alerts, and taking corresponding actions/investigations
    • Work with monitoring and metrics systems such as Icinga, Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana
    • Deploy applications using Ansible and Puppet
    • Manage LDAP users
    • Handle Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
    • Automate provisioning of the infrastructure required for platform services
    • Develop custom solutions for core services enhancement and improvement
    • Provide 24/7 technical support
