    Our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is a dynamic team of over 90 architects, engineers, consultants, and quality control specialists dedicated to Salesforce excellence. We deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from pre-sales support and architecture planning to full-scale implementation and post-deployment support.

    IF YOU ARE

    • A Salesforce Consultant with 8+ years of overall experience, and at least 4 years focused on Service Cloud architecture and integrations
    • Certified as a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
    • Experienced in full-cycle project implementations and familiar with the software and packaged solution development life cycles
    • Proficient with the Salesforce product suite, including Omnichannel processes, CTI, Chatbot, and Knowledge Management
    • Competent in Agile methodologies like SCRUM and using tools like Jira
    • Fluent in English and confident in client meetings, presenting solutions and recommendations effectively
    • Certified as a Contact Center Accredited Professional (as a plus)

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
    • Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
    • Demonstrate solutions functionality to business stakeholders as needed
    • Present solution options to the Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customisation
    • Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
    • Develop implementation, estimates, and plans for development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
    • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
    • Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
    • Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
    • Engage in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
