    IF YOU ARE

    • A Project Manager with a customer-centric attitude and background working with US-based companies
    • Experienced in fixed-priced projects
    • Capable of setting the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
    • Skilled in communication and collaboration with the stakeholders on the client side to achieve success
    • Understanding traditional project management methodologies and having practical experience with Agile/Scrum
    • Demonstrating a problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills
    • Effective in communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in English at an intermediate level

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Act as the contact point on your project and represent your project in all applicable decisions and communications
    • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
    • Handle day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
    • Manage stakeholders’ expectations related to the program by monitoring and increasing stakeholders’ satisfaction (NPS)
    • Create and maintain project management documentation and revise it as appropriate
