    The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions.

    The team is responsible for both the development of the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology.

    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced in ServiceNow development, configuration, and HRSD management
    • Skilled in JavaScript, Glide libraries, AngularJS, and scoped application development
    • Able to design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation (Flow Designer), and integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, third-party HR systems)
    • Knowledgeable in HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, case management, and knowledge management
    • A proactive problem solver who works independently and collaboratively across cross-functional, multinational teams
    • Comfortable mentoring team members and leading initiatives to improve service delivery
    • Familiar with Agile practices, secure PII handling, and optionally certified in ITIL/CIS-ITSM

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Design and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications, workflows, and virtual agents
    • Build reusable components, subflows, HR catalog items, and portal widgets to enhance employee experience
    • Automate HR lifecycle events, notifications, and document generation with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
    • Implement role-based security, HR case routing (AWA), chat, and self-service portals
    • Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems (Workday, Payroll, Identity Systems) and third-party tools like DocuSign
    • Drive innovation in HR service delivery, from legacy workflow migration to new module adoption and feature rollout
    • Work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives
    • Get solutions ranging from large-scale custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration service
