IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in English at the B2 level
• Fluent in Indonesian
• Paying attention to detail
• Possessing strong analytical skills
• Result-oriented
• Skilled in interpreting data, conceptualising, and analysing information

AND YOU WANT TO

• Analyze web data to support client web security solutions
• Control machine categorization results, correct errors, and handle customer requests
• Review and categorize URLs according to the customer’s category descriptions
• Monitor and respond to customer escalations
• Perform language-based analysis of URLs
