    Our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is a dynamic team of over 90 architects, engineers, consultants, and quality control specialists dedicated to Salesforce excellence. We deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from pre-sales support and architecture planning to full-scale implementation and post-deployment support.

    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced in Salesforce consulting or implementation for 3+ years
    • Hands-on with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
    • Knowledgeable in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products
    • Deeply familiar with financial services processes, including banking, wealth management, insurance, lending, or asset management
    • Excellent in communication with strong stakeholder management skills
    • Capable of leading workshops and presenting complex concepts in simple terms
    • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Effective working both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Familiar with regulatory compliance, such as KYC, AML, and GDPR (nice to have)
    • Certified as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Platform App Builder (would be a plus)

    AND YOU WANT TO

    • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
    • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions focused on financial services processes
    • Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions within Salesforce FSC
    • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud features such as Client Data Model, Relationship Groups, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries
    • Configure Salesforce FSC components, including Lightning apps, flows, page layouts, and automation
    • Integrate FSC with external systems
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical architects, developers, admins, business analysts)
    • Provide best practices and guidance to ensure adoption and maximize ROI for clients
    • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
    • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of FSC solutions
