BEES provides retailers with tools, data, and insights to help them thrive in their businesses. It enables retailers to browse products, place orders, arrange deliveries, manage invoices, and access business insights all in one place through its mobile app or website. The platform also focuses on building meaningful client relationships and driving partners’ performance with data.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in product implementation and expansion (including implementing Magento or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of business process description methodologies
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Strong skills in conducting business user interviews and presenting findings
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and project requirements (BRDs & PRDs)
Familiarity with UX principles
Expertise in BPMN for business process analysis and modeling
Excellent logical thinking, multitasking, and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
High level of proactivity, creativity, and ownership
Experience collaborating with technology implementation teams
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of the BEES platform’s functionalities
Participate in business workshops to understand client processes and workflows
Analyze clients’ systems and business workflows, and propose options for restructuring to avoid unnecessary customization
Translate customer needs into features on the BEES platform
Act as a bridge between the customer and the development team to ensure mutual understanding
Identify and clarify any gaps during the discovery phase
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to produce product assessment documentation and translate it into actionable implementation tasks
Serve as a BEES Ambassador, supporting both customers and internal teams with product-related inquiries
