They are on a mission to revolutionize their digital landscape and are seeking a dynamic Integration Capability Lead to spearhead this transformation.

As the Integration Capability Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining the architecture for App Integration processes. You will oversee the People, Process, and Architecture facets of integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between various applications, CRM, and ERP systems. Collaborating closely with the Global Solution Architect for Data & AI, you will drive the integration strategy that supports the Unified Data Platform’s vision of a unified and efficient digital ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: More than 10 years in IT with a strong focus on integration.
• Integration Experience: At least 5 years in integration architecture and leadership roles.
• ETL/ELT Tools: Extensive experience with ETL or ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Pipelines, Informatica, or similar.
• App Integration: Proven experience in application integration with real-time data.
• CRM and ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably JDE and Dynamics 365.
• Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Delta Lake: Mandatory experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Delta Lake.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services and platforms like Solace, Mule, or Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and event streaming technologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

People:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Capability Development: Develop and enhance the integration team’s skills through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

Process:

• Process Improvement: Streamline and optimize integration processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Governance: Implement best practices and governance frameworks to maintain high standards in integration projects.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration workflows, standards, and protocols.

Architecture:

• Design and Implementation: Architect robust and scalable integration solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Technology Stack Management: Oversee the utilization of Microsoft Azure services (Databricks, ADF, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, ADLS, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Server, etc.), SQL, Python, Solace, Mule, or Dell Boomi.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM and ERP systems such as JDE and Dynamics 365 into the Unified Data Platform.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance the digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
