Senior Business Analyst

About the job

As part of the continued growth within one of our client engagements, we are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a 6 month B2B contract.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritise business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and other elicitation activities to capture needs.
• Translating requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile frameworks.
• Supporting the product backlog management process, ensuring it remains clear, prioritised, and actionable.
• Working closely with the development team during sprints to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
• Identifying and document process improvements and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Ensuring that delivered features meet agreed-upon business objectives and quality standards.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery environment.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog refinement.
• Ability to create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional points for consideration:

• Location: Sofia – hybrid working, ideally 1-2 days per week onsite.
• Duration: 6 months
