About the Projects

Our IT department in Varna is currently leading the development of a new full-featured Destination Management Software (DMC) that will serve as a central hub for B2B and B2C operations. The platform is being designed to support multiple destinations and companies worldwide, integrating bookings, logistics, supplier connectivity, and automation tools in one powerful system.

Alongside this, we maintain and continue to evolve our well-established traveler assistant platform, already helping over 12,000 guests daily across the globe. With over 2.3 million monthly page views, the system provides real-time information about trips, payments, cultural tips, flight reminders, and a custom-built chat solution — all supported by a robust partner data integration network.

What You’ll Be Working On

Developing scalable back-end applications using PHP (Symfony)

Designing and managing relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

Building integrations and APIs for suppliers, services, and third-party systems

Contributing to the architecture of our DMC platform

Supporting and improving the existing guest assistant project

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in PHP development
• Symfony framework (v5 or v6)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with JavaScript and CSS fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with system integrations and APIs
• Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices
• Unit testing and CI/CD automation
• Version control using Git
