YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Motion Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging motion graphics and video content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency while driving high-impact visual storytelling. Your role will focus on producing dynamic animations, editing high-quality videos, and bringing our brand to life through compelling motion content for social media, web, and promotional campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize and create motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns or product launches;
• Edit and produce high-quality video content, ensuring seamless transitions, timing, and overall flow;
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop cohesive visual stories;
• Design animations that communicate complex ideas in an engaging and understandable way;
• Develop and refine brand-aligned templates for motion and video projects;
• Work closely with marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content that achieves them;
• Stay updated on trends in motion design, video editing, and graphic design to keep our visuals fresh and innovative;
• Enhance raw footage with color grading, editing, and sound design;
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and project planning;
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows;
• Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring proper dimensions and formats.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop);
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and video editing techniques;
• Strong graphic design skills, including layout, color theory, and branding;
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication abilities;
• Expertise in creating storyboards and visual scripts;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail;
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities;
• Solid understanding of social media and digital content trends;
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the team;
• A passion for creativity and visual storytelling.

GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE:

• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus;
• Drawing talent and skills both by hand and digital pen is a plus;
• Previous work in a fast-paced digital agency or creative studio;
• Proven ability to experiment and innovate with new design techniques;
• Experience in creating videos tailored for global audiences.
