    YOUR ROLE:

    We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring Lead Product Manager to guide and empower our growing team of Product Managers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performing product management culture, ensuring strategic alignment across product initiatives, and overseeing the development of our innovative site building application with e-commerce functionality, among other key products. Maintaining hands-on involvement in iterative product discovery and delivery, you will coach and mentor your team to excel, ultimately driving the efficient delivery of high-impact, intelligent solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

     

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance on best practices in product discovery, development, and delivery;
    • Distribute tasks and ensure strategic alignment across multiple product backlogs and roadmaps, promoting consistency and synergy between different product initiatives;
    • Facilitate and champion robust product backlog management practices, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and prioritization within the team;
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration by representing the Product Management team and fostering strong relationships with Product Designers, Marketing, Developers, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to maximize overall product value;
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of overarching user needs, market trends, pain points, and significant business opportunities across the product portfolio;
    • Guide Product Managers in defining the business logic and objectives for feature development and in drafting effective user interface text;
    • Build and maintain shared understanding and strong team alignment within the Product Management function and with broader organizational goals;
    • Strategically manage relationships with 3rd party service providers and oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated integrations.

     

    OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers with at least two years in a leadership or senior mentorship position;
    • Strong background in the SaaS industry;Expertise in product discovery and product delivery methodologies, with a track record of guiding teams through successful product launches;
    • Proficiency with issue tracking and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar;
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse cross-functional teams;
    • Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex challenges at both a product and team level;
    • Fluent English (both written and spoken);
    • A highly results-oriented leader with a strong growth mindset and a passion for developing talent and driving product innovation.
