We are currently looking to expand our team of experts with a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

Who are you:

• Problem Solver: You have a knack for taking complex problems and finding elegant, efficient solutions using data.
• Technical expert: Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. Good knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with Large Language Models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Data Enthusiast: Experience with data technologies (Airflow, Postgress, BigQuery, etc.) and cloud platforms (GCP or similar).
• Algorithm Expert: Familiar with a wide range of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods.
• Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Learner: Passionate about staying current with the latest developments in the AI/ML field.

What you’ll do:

• Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Data Pipeline Management: Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and structure data, ensuring it’s optimized for model training.
• Algorithm Optimization: Enhance model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and algorithm selection.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of machine learning research and bring cutting-edge techniques into our products.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve model performance post-deployment, ensuring robustness and scalability.
