Product Owner, Salesforce

We offer a modern end-to-end Transportation Management System serving both shippers and carriers, connecting shippers and carriers on our marketplace, enabling 100% of the transaction in a digital environment.

We are currently looking to add a top-notch Salesforce Product Owner to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Take broad, conceptual ideas & work closely with Design and Engineering to make them a reality.
• Defining and communicating product plans from conception to launch.
• Analysing the results of a launch and creating the plan to iterate and build new features.
• Analyzing user feedback and conducting user/market research to look for improvements or craft discoveries into new features.
• Create a final blueprint with screens to hand over to stakeholders for approval prior to development.
• Work with engineering to create final product development stories and get estimations for each task.
• Prioritizing features based on business impact and available resources.
• Contributing to technical conversations around deadlines and engineering solutions.
• Communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience and business concepts to technical solution providers.
• Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand and challenge the solutions application architecture and design as well as the development teams’ decisions and priorities.
• Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development, and industry knowledge.
• Thrive in an environment of fast feedback loops and a mindset of rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Collaborate with Ship.Cars internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineering, and data science, to ensure that our products support Ship.Cars business objectives.

Requirements:

• Three to five (3-5) years experience in working in a product ownership or management capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of agile processes, principles, and tools.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with a vision.
• Attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work with a diverse range of team members.

• Experience in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce product line is a plus.
