    We are currently looking for a Lead Developer who thrives at the intersection of code and coordination.

    This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with team management responsibilities. You’ll be coding alongside your team while guiding their growth and ensuring project success. Our Architecture Lead handles major technical decisions, allowing you to focus on execution, team development, and delivery excellence.

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is proactive, energetic, and maintains a clear vision of the big picture
    • Can balance hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities
    • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership (Hands-on):

    • Contribute hands-on to the codebase as a senior developer
    • Lead by example in code quality, testing, and documentation
    • Building pixel-perfect, cross-platform interfaces to delight
    • Actively using LLMs and AI to optimize and enhance daily work.
    • Applying the highest standards in UI and software development
    • Participating in architecture and design discussions (with guidance from Architecture Lead)

    Team Leadership & Mentoring:

    • Guide and mentor team members through, code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
    • Identify growth opportunities and create paths for team members to level up. Implement the paths via coaching sessions, constructive feedback cycles.
    • Foster a collaborative environment where everyone contributes their best work
    • Act as the technical point of contact for product owners and stakeholders
    • Learning and empowering colleagues to embrace using LLMs in daily work.

    Project & Delivery Management:

    • Participate in transforming product requirements into well-defined user stories and technical tasks
    • Proactively identify and communicate risks, delays, and dependencies
    • Maintain team velocity by removing blockers and filling gaps
    • Ensure consistent delivery quality through process improvements and standards
    • Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear, timely communication

    Process & Collaboration:

    • Driving process improvements to enable efficient team operations
    • Working closely with Product Owners to shape user stories and clarify requirements
    • Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions

    Qualifications:

    Technical Requirements:

    • 6+ years of professional experience in web-development and Single Page Applications (SPA)
    • 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior role with mentoring responsibilities
    • Expert proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
    • Expert proficiency in ReactJS
    • Strong knowledge of state management libraries (React Query, Redux, etc.)
    • Experience with Material UI or equivalent UI Framework
    • Familiarity with build tools and bundlers – Webpack, Vite, Percel, Rollup, Next.js etc.
    • Solid understanding of 3rd party API integration and advanced security practices
    • Experience with Unit Testing frameworks – Jest, Vitest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
    • Understanding and experience in building and maintaining micro-frontends
    • Deep understanding of responsive design concepts and their implementation
    • Experience with Claude Code/Cursor/Windsurf or similar tools

    Leadership & Soft Skills:

     

    • Proven experience mentoring developers and helping them grow
    • Experience with project coordination and delivery management
    • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
    • Mindset with genuine interest in team success
    • Proactive problem-solving approach
    • Excellent spoken and written English
