Full-Stack Developer

Your Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of smart appliances built using the Shelly X product line. You’ll be working on both backend systems and user-facing applications, creating seamless experiences for manufacturers and tech-savvy DIY users alike.

What makes you a great fit:

• You’re a self-driven developer who loves solving problems and building smart, innovative solutions.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Solid grasp of software development principles, strong troubleshooting skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Motivated, responsible, and results-focused with strong communication skills in English.
• Bonus points if you have: experience with web development frameworks (especially Svelte), familiarity with Linux, Docker, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), and IoT technologies. Python knowledge and a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering are also great to have.

Job responsibilities:

• Design, build, and refine smart appliance features across a diverse range of devices using the Shelly X product platform.
• Continuously improve the internal systems and tools that power our growing ecosystem.
• Expand and enhance our backend infrastructure as well as customer-facing web apps tailored for both industry clients and DIY communities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions are delivered.
